Design and Art Series

Dock 6 Collective is pleased to announce its inaugural exhibition in the Design and Art Series. Dock 6 has teamed up with artist Edra Soto to curate this series, as well as inviting some of the leading designers in Chicago. The exhibitions will be displayed throughout the shop for a one night /one day only show (April 8, 9) that will be accompanied by the latest furniture designs from Dock 6 Collective.

The Design and Art Series puts furniture design and fine art side by side in the industrial setting of the Dock 6 shop, simultaneously highlighting the symbiotic relationship of the two mediums and embracing their intrinsic differences.

Opening Reception: Friday April 8, 2011 from 6-12.

Open till Saturday, April 9 from 12-6
